Carolina Gold Drum & Bugle Corps is a non-profit community organization whose purpose is to promote and foster a general interest and participation in a public drum & bugle corps for the state of North Carolina by providing programs and services that will allow practice and study of the fine art of drum & bugle corps.
Angela Reece Arauer – Guard Technician
Angela Reece Arauer currently resides in Cary, NC. She lives with her husband, Daniel and their two adorable babies, Binky and Tiger (cats). Angela began her color guard journey at Cary High School and later attended and graduated from UNCG with a bachelors in Mathematics. While at UNCG she took a number of dance technique classes to develop her love of movement. Angela has marched 5, going on 6 seasons with First Flight Winterguard and has taught at a number of marching band and winter guard programs for high schools across North Carolina. She is excited to be sharing her experiences and love for this activity with Carolina Gold and is thrilled to see where this new journey will lead her.
