Carolina Gold Drum & Bugle Corps is a non-profit community organization whose purpose is to promote and foster a general interest and participation in a public drum & bugle corps for the state of North Carolina by providing programs and services that will allow practice and study of the fine art of drum & bugle corps.

Anthony Johnson – Guard Technician

Anthony Johnson currently lives in Durham, NC where he works at Bayer CropScience as a CRM Analyst in the Customer Operations Marketing and Business Excellence department. Anthony has been guard technician and writer for Carolina Gold in 2010 and 2011 and is very excited about returning for the 2012 season.

Anthony started his guard experience with South Granville High School and has been a member of Carolina Visual Productions Winter Guard (CVP), Carolina Gold Drum and Bugle Corps, The Study Winter Guard, Assembly Line, and is currently a member of First Flight World Winter Guard for the 2012 season.

He has instructed and consulted with several high schools and independent organizations in the area such as East Wake High School, South Granville High School, Green Hope High School, Carolina Visual Productions (CVP) and West Johnston Independent.
