Breana Avalos-Beltran
Color Guard Coordinator
Breana Avalos-Beltran serves as the Color Guard Instructor for the North Iredell Raider Regiment and the Surry Central High School Marching Eagles Band.
A native of Mount Airy, North Carolina, Breana discovered her passion for the marching arts as a student at Surry Central High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Special Education from Western Carolina University and currently works with K–12 students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping each individual reach their fullest potential.
Breana’s performance experience includes four seasons with the Western Carolina University Pride of the Mountains as a member of the Catamount Color Guard (‘20, ‘21, ‘23, ‘24). She has also performed with several competitive indoor programs, including Metanoia (‘22), Opus (‘23), and Edge (‘24).
