Jessica Munch-Dittmar

Jessica Lynn Munch-Dittmar joins the Carolina Gold Board of Directors, bringing more than 17 years of experience in arts administration, music education, and nonprofit leadership. A South Carolina native, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Jessica currently serves as Executive Director of the Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra and has previously held leadership roles with the Greater Miami Youth Symphony, the Ukulele Kids Club, the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Winston-Salem Symphony. Her career has focused on building inclusive and engaging arts experiences that inspire and unite communities.

A lifelong musician and advocate for diversity in the arts, Jessica brings her passion and expertise to Carolina Gold, supporting the organization’s mission to educate, perform, and engage communities through music.
